This beautiful, traditional Cabo style 3 bedroom beach house is the perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing home base for exploring the East Cape - where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez.
Start your day with a swim and walk along the beach; or borrow one of our yoga mats for a workout on our patio. Then cook breakfast for your friends and family in our full size, well-equipped kitchen overlooking the ocean - we’ll stock the kitchen for you before your arrival! At Casa Brawner you can spend your day relaxing by the beach or fill your time with a wide variety of adventures.
If it’s adventure you’ve got in mind, you’ve got a long list of choices: take surf lessons through our La Fortuna surf shop or rent a board (you’ll get a 20% discount!), charter a boat for a day of fishing, snorkeling, or just exploring, or venture out to Baja’s incredible Cabo Pulmo National Park for a day of scuba diving! Mix up your schedule with some desert adventures - take a 4x4 tour, go horseback riding or explore the magical town of San Jose del Cabo for some beautiful art and local eats.
End your day back at Casa Brawner, we offer options for a private chef hire so you don’t need to worry about cooking dinner after a fun day on the East Cape. Wind down with a private massage or a cocktail at sunset while your chef prepares dinner.
At Casa Brawner we have luxurious amenities to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Our interiors combine the beautiful natural light of the desert sun with the relaxing elements of the ocean to create a relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Each of the three bedrooms come with king or queen-sized beds equipped with fresh sheets and pillows, as well as spare bedding to help you sleep well and feel refreshed for the next day in the sun. Maid service can be available during your stay with prior request.

We offer board rentals, surf lessons, and carry all the fun-in-the-sun gear your family could want. As a guest of Casa Brawner, you’ll get 20% off the whole shop. You can also leave your board with us and we’ll store it safely until you come back down next time.
