Surf
Casa Brawner is located a half-mile from Shipwrecks surf spot - ready for you to paddle out. Need a board? We have boards for rent at our surf shop, a short drive from the house. Want to learn? We offer lessons! If you have a specific break you’d like to see, let us know and we can help you get there.
Beach Play
Just want to work on your tan with a cocktail? Or do you want to build sandcastles and let your kids swim? Maybe you want something a little more exclusive and quiet.. Whether it’s one day or every day we can recommend and arrange transportation to various local beaches that fit what you’re looking for.
Experience the Local Food
Casa Brawner is a short 12 minutes to the famous Flora Farms as well as numerous other delicious restaurants. Or have an authentic cuisine experience with our local chef who will cook you a dinner at the Casa!
Fish
Charters are available for half and full days to take you out on the water and go fishing - bring home your catch and enjoy.
Just want to throw a line from the beach? No problem, we’ve got poles!
ATVs, Jungle & Desert Adventures
If you need to break up your water-time, there’s plenty of options for you to still get your fill of excitement. You can go ziplining through the jungle, take ATV tours and ride camels on the beach.

Visit the historic Cabo bars - like Cabo Wabo and Mango Deck.
Explore
Take a boat ride along the coast - power boat or sailboat! And maybe you’d like to go snorkeling or diving? Have you always wanted to swim with dolphins? We can help arrange any water activity for you, you name it.

Getting Around
We’re happy to help you get a rental car for your stay- we recommend having one as it makes getting to and from town easier.
Safety
Casa Brawner is located in an exclusive, safe area 12 miles from San Jose del Cabo. The house itself is secured with a wall around it and roaming security throughout the neighborhood.
There is a doctor and urgent care center 12 miles from the house in town.
pricing
The base rate for Casa Brawner is $350 per night for up to 6 guests. If you have a larger group and need the additional beds set up, please let us know and we can accommodate you.
There are additional fees for cleaning services and water/energy varying on how long your stay is and how big your group is.
All adventures, excursions and additional services will be an extra charge depending on what you need! We can book things for you or simply point you in the direction needed to get you there - we’re flexible. We have a tour guide for hire for $100 per day. Guests get discounted board rentals and lessons from our surf shop! Email us and we’ll get to planning and send you a fast quote for your trip.
We will also arrange for your groceries for your stay to be delivered so that the kitchen and bar are stocked when you arrive, or, we can help you get to the market upon your arrival if you’d like.
Whatever it is, we’re pretty confident we can make it happen. We want your stay to be stress-free, because that’s why you’re coming to The East Cape, right?
